Returns

All sales are final.

Ear jewelry can not be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.

However, we offer FREE RESIZING SERVICE if the size of the earrings that you have ordered doesn’t fit your earlobes.

If you need to change / cancel your order shortly after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. Your change / cancellation request might be logistically acceptable in certain cases. (Full details in paragraph “change / cancellation”.)

FREE RESIZING SERVICE (IF APPLICABLE)

If the size of the earrings doesn’t fit your earlobes and you wish to make a free resizing, please write to us at contact@4all-lab.com within 10 days of your receipt of the order. Your name, order number, a photo of the item and in what way you want it to be resized should be included in your email.

It will take 3-5 business days for us to assess the possibility to resize your earrings. You will be notified by email whether or not your request is approved, and be provided with a return address, if applicable.

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will alter the size and ship it back to you. The shipping fee will be waived for your first exchange per order.

We reserve the right to decline resizing requests that we are not able to fulfil. No refunds or reships will be provided for any unapproved returns.

Guide to Returning Your Item(s):

  • Proof of purchase must be provided in your return package, it can be an invoice or an order number.
  • All returned items must be unworn in the original packaging.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your receipt of the order.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning item(s).
  • For international returns, you must mark “Returned Goods” explicitly on the courier company’s consignment to avoid any customs duties and taxes.
  • We recommend you to wrap your returned item(s) with bubble wrap and ship out your package with an accurate tracking number so that you can make sure it arrives safely to us. No resizing or reship will be provided for items damaged or lost in transit.

DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM

In the event that you received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, a replacement will be offered. If this case, please notify us at contact@4all-lab.com within 5 days of your receipt of the order, including

  • Proof of purchase, in the form of an invoice or order number
  • A description of the problem – whether it is a defective item or a wrong item you have received
  • A clear photo of the defect area, if a defective item has been received
  • A clear photo of ALL the items received, if a wrong item has been received
  • Item(s) in the photo must be unworn in the original packaging

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request and arrange shipment of a replacement.

Any incurred damage from harsh wear is not eligible for a replacement.

UNAVAILABILITY

When you place an order for an item displayed on our website, you are making us an offer of purchase. If we accept that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but please note that we may not be able to fulfil all orders.

If an item ordered is not available, we will attempt to contact you and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order.

A full refund for the unavailable item(s) in your order will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please immediately reach out at contact@4all-lab.com. In case that your order has not been processed and shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your changes.

Please note that our team work hard to ensure all orders are processed and shipped as fast as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Even if we approve your change / cancellation request, a certain amount of handling & restocking fees might be charged.

No refunds will be issued for any unapproved change or cancellation.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

You are responsible for taxes and duties for the full commercial value of your orders.

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may incur as deemed by your country’s legal regulations. It is highly recommended that you check this with your local authorities prior to completing the order.

Please keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

LOST PACKAGE

We are not responsible for missing or lost package once the tracking shows delivered, however, we consider your satisfaction the most important to us so we provide assistance to solve the problem.

If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please immediately contact us at contact@4all-lab.com. We will file a lost package claim with the postal service.

Any package officially confirmed lost by postal service will be replaced exactly as the original order.

Please make sure that you notify us about the missing/lost package within 10 business days of the delivered date. Any package reported as lost past this period may be denied for replacement or refund.

In the meanwhile, we recommend you to check with your mailman or building front desk whether the package has been mis-delivered to one of your neighbours.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the changes. Once your order leaves our atelier, we are unable to retrieve it or correct the shipping destination.

We are not responsible for any uncollected packages or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incomplete/wrong address provided upon checkout. No refunds or reships will be provided for wrong input of addresses.

All PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses or temporary residence addresses are considered as wrong addresses.
