Shipping

PROCESSING TIME

To ensure all orders are produced and packaged with care, most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase date. This excludes the pre-ordered items. If you want to receive earlier not pre-ordered items, please place two separate orders.

We attempt to promptly ship your orders. Please be aware that the processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and we cannot ensure that the time frames noted here will be 100% met.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped from our atelier located in Beijing, China.

Standard international shipping is offered to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please write an email to us at contact@4all-lab.com.

Free Standard shipping applies to orders over a certain amount, as specified in promotional banner on our website. Otherwise, shipping cost is calculated at the checkout.

International shipping across countries and continents can take up to multiple weeks, especially during holiday seasons. Please take this into consideration if you plan to purchase for a special event.

Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we have no control over its transit or delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

We are not responsible for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions, customs clearance procedures or COVID-19 restrictions.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

You are responsible for taxes and duties for the full commercial value of your orders.

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may incur as deemed by your country’s legal regulations. It is highly recommended that you check this with your local authorities prior to completing the order.

Please keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

TRANSIT & DELIVERY

Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we have no control over its transit or delivery. However, each package has a tracking number, which allows you to check where the package is in the whole shipping process.

Tracking number will be sent to you once the package is shipped out, and will be available in your account. Please note that tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update in system.

LOST PACKAGE

We are not responsible for missing or lost package once the tracking shows delivered, however, we consider your satisfaction the most important to us so we provide assistance to solve the problem.

If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please immediately contact us at contact@4all-lab.com. We will file a lost package claim with the postal service.

Any package officially confirmed lost by postal service will be replaced exactly as the original order.

Please make sure that you notify us about the missing/lost package within 10 business days of the delivered date. Any package reported as lost past this period may be denied for replacement or refund.

In the meanwhile, we recommend you to check with your mailman or building front desk whether the package has been mis-delivered to one of your neighbours.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the changes. Once your order leaves our atelier, we are unable to retrieve it or correct the shipping destination.

We are not responsible for any uncollected packages or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incomplete/wrong address provided upon checkout. No refunds or reships will be provided for wrong input of addresses.

All PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses or temporary residence addresses are considered as wrong addresses.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out at contact@4all-lab.com immediately. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your changes.

Please note that our team work hard to ensure all orders are processed and shipped as fast as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

No refunds will be processed for any unapproved change / cancellation.
